PRICE OF DAILY PAPER RESULTS OF HIGHER OOSTS (By Telegraph.— Press Association) HANMER SPRINGS, Friday The annual meeting of the New Zealand Newspaper Proprietors’ Association to-day, passed a resolution “that in view of the greatly increased -cost of newsprint for 1939 following oil the higher costs and shorter hours the Newspaper Proprietors’ Association regrets to have to recommend tJiat the weekly discount on delivered newspapers be discontinued where suc-h is being allowed.”
