LATE MR E. D. MOSLEY
TRIBUTES BY PROFESSION GATHERING IN WELLINGTON (By Telegraon—Press Association) WELLINGTON, Thursday Before the hearing of cases began in the Magistrate's Court to-day tributes were paid by the Bench and the legal profession to the character and ability of the late Mr E. D. Jlosley, formerly senior magistrate at Wellington. Mr J. L. Stout, senior magistrate, was accompanied on the Bench by -Messrs J. H. Luxford, S.M., W. F. Stilwell, S.M., and A. M. Goulding, S.M., and members of the legal profession filled the body of tlie court with Mr P. B. Cooke, president of the Law Society, acting as spokesman. The gathering- also included the Under-Secretary of Justice, Mr B. L. Dallard, Brigadier Green, of the Salvation Army, a police sub-inspector, detective-sergeant and probation officer. Sympathy was extended to the relatives and the Court adjourned for
