BOWLING AT ROTORUA WAIKATO PLAYERS COMPETE (Special to Times) ROTORUA, Monday A full entry of 35 teams from all parts of the Auckland province is competing in the annual open pairs tournament of the Rotorua Bowling Club which was commenced this morning under ideal conditions. Following the dry weather, the greens were ’ fairly fast. The Waikato teams, which are participating in the tournament, met with a good measure of succe’ss in today’s play and Rowe, Whitiora, was undefeated with three wins and Elliott, Whitiora, undefeated with two wins.
