PRE-WEDDING PARTY
MISS E. WAUGH HONOURED A delightful gift evening was held in the Parish Hall, Ngaruawahia, recently, by the many friends of Miss Edith Waugh, who is shortly to be married. The evening was spent with games and dancing. After supper Miss Waugh opened her many gifts, and Mr Hallberg suitably thanked those present.
The guest-of-honour wore ivory patterned silk cloque. Among those present were:—Mesdames Waugh, A. Allwill, J. Birkett, H. Waugh (Glen Massey), Kirkby, A. Stubbing, W. Skewes, E. Martin, Hallberg, Edy.
