TROOPS CONCENTRATED 30 MILES FROM SOMALILAND (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) LONDON, February 9 Reuter's Rome correspondent says that Italy in recent weeks has sent further troops to Tripoli and Libya. The statements regarding these movements are not denied by officials. It is reported from Jibuti that Italian troops and planes are concentrated at Jigajifga, 30 miles west of British Somaliland. Mr Chamberlain, in the House of Commons, said Italy had advised that her forces in Libya were between 30,000 and 32,000.
