DR. SCHACHT
POSITION DECLINED WORLD TOUR PLANNED (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) LONDON, Dec. 7 The Berlin correspondent of the Daily Telegraph says Dr. Schacht has declined a post as Special Commissioner for Exports, despite pressure exerted. Dr. Schacht no longer wishes to be identified with the financial and economic policy of the Nazis, and hopes to leave shortly for a year’s world tour. He may, however, have to reconsider his refusal.
