MISHAP TO MAIL VAN EXPRESS TRAIN DELAYED (By Telegraph. —Pr#ss As«/vtM!on) DUNEDIN, Tuesday. When a mall van to be attached to the through express for the north today was being shunted from the yards it the railway station It jumped the points and the express was delayed 20 minutes while another van was procured to take off the exceptionally heavy mall consigned. Ail the wheels of thef van left the rails but neither the van nor the permanent way wa» damaged.
