Lax Motorists.—Mr -T. H. Luxford. in fining a number of persons at Onehunga for failins to produce warrants of fitness for motor vehicles, commented upon the general disregard of the law. He said: “The regulation appears to be disregarded throughout the Dominion. Th* Courts will have to impose such penalties as will make car owners fulfil their obligations.”
