WORKER FALLS FORTY FEET DEATH LATER IN HOSPITAL (By Telegrarh.—Press Association) AUCKLAND, Monday. Falling 40 feet from the top of a partly constructed petrol storage tank this morning, Mr James Dykes (27), single, suffered head Injuries which proved fatal following his admission to JiospitalIt was difficult to ascertain the cause of the accident. Mr Dykes was working on top of the tank when Ire fell, striking the ground with his head. He suffered terrible injuries.
