WAIT FOR ATTENTION INJURED MEN’S ORDEAL 1 (By Telegraph.—rress Association) HASTINGS, Thursday. j After being 19$ hours without medical attention, the two Injured occupants of the Hastings aeroplane which crashed in Pakuratahi Valley, north of Napier, yesterday, were reached by a doctor at 11 a.m. to-day. The men were later brought to the Esk River by members of the Napier St. John Ambulance Brigade, assisted by volunteer stretcher-bearers. They were taken across a flooded river by % boat and transferred to a Napier Hospital ambulance.
