MR MAZENGARB'S VISIT SUCCESSFUL MEETINGS Interest in Mr O. C. Mazengnrb's meetings in the electorates around Hamilton continues to be well maintained. At a meeting in Ngatea called In the earlv afternoon, there was an attendance of nearly 200 electors who, after hearing his address, formed themselves into a branch of the National Party. Last evening, notwithstanding the state of the hack-country roads, caused by the rain, an audience of over 100 tilled the local hall at To Akau. Mr .T. E. Richardson presided, nnd at the conclusion of Mr Ma/.engarh’s address, an •appreciative resolution of thanks and confidence was carried on the motion of Mr R. t:ohhe. seconded bv Mr ?. V. Phllhurn. The electors also gave three cheers for the Hon. Adam Hamilton and the National Party. Similar meetings are being held today at Te Mata and Te Uku, and will be held tomorrow at Ohaupo and on Saturday at Cambridge. A public meeting for .women has been arranged for Friday afternoon in Toornk Chambers. Hamilton, at 2 o’clock, when Mr Maz engarh will give an adu css contrasting the respective policies of t tie National and Labour parties, particularly as they affect women and rhllrlre.n
