MILL HAND’S INJURY
COMPENSATION CLAIM COURT AWARDS £230 (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Thursday Holding that plaintiff was entitled to the benefits of earnings under a sharemilking contract as well as a sawmill hand, Mr Justice O’Regan gave judgment for £230 Is Gd with costs ten guineas and witness’s expenses two guineas in favour of William Curtain against Charles Leslie Grant, of Rockville, in the Nelson industrial district, in a claim for compensation for injury at a mill.
