ROLLER MILLS BHIELD NEXT TOURNAMENT ROTORUA MAY BE VENUE (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WHANGAREI, Wednesday The next provincial Rugby tournament for Hie Roller Mills shield may be field at Rotorua. The decision is subject to the approval of the winning team. The Auckland primary schools Rugby union is to be informed by March 31 whether the boys van be billeted there and arrangement!* made to enable a charge if necessary.
