STREAMS IN HIGH FLOOD LARGE WINDOW SHATTERED (By Telegraph.—Special «o Times.) TE AROHA, Wednesday Rain set In last night with the wind approaching gale foroe from the north-east. Mountain streams and the Walhou River are In a high state of flood y and minor damage has been done to trees and fences. A large plata-glaaa window at Hetherington’s drapery warehouse was completely shattered by tha force of the wind. The rainfall for 24 hours to • o’clock this morning was over an Inch.
