SHIELD CONTEST. GAME IN HAMILTON. In the second week of the school | holidays, the Primary Schools’ Fordham Shield Conlest for Association ’ football, will be contested in Hamilton. The sides playing will be a Ham- ’ llton representative eleven, and the : winners of the Auckland group rep--1 resentatlve matches. This shield was won by the local 1 side in 1933, hut since that date it ' lias been won each year by an Auckland team. The -selectors, Messrs. G. Sale and L. Takle, have chosen a good j team to represent Hamilton.
