RUGBY FOOTBALL.
TO-MORROW’S MATCHES.
TECHNICAL AND ROVERS. GAMES IN OTHER CENTRES. Technical OM Boys, the leaders In the Stag- Trophy Rugby competition, will be seen in action at. Rugby Park again to-morrow, when they will meet Rovers in the only game to be played at headquarters. The last two Saturday§ have seen Technical Beverly tried, and actually defeated by Old Roys last week. However, the team should account for Rovers, but not with any degree of ea-se, for Rovers may he expected to offer a resistance which will ensure a bright game for the spectators. Further matches in the Stag Trophy series will be, decided in the other centres to-morrow. Cambridge Blues will be matched against Taupiri In the game at Cambridge. Blues played a solid game against Frankton last Saturday, and should be capable of adding two more championship points to their tally if the same team is fielded. Taupiri, however, are almost as strong as Blues, and the game should also be a keen tussle. At Te Avwemutu the. game will be staged between Cambridge Stars and Te Awamutu. On recent form Te Awamutu may win, but the decision is likely to be-in doubt until the end. THE DRAW. The Stag Trophy draw for tomorrow is ns follows: Technical Old Boys v. Rovers, No. I.
