DELIGHTFUL PARTY.
HAPPY AFTERNOON FUNCTION. Mrs B. E. Woodhams was hostess yesterday at a delightful afternoon party to entertain her friends, in the tea-rooms of H. & J. Court Ltd. The tables looked most attractive with beautiful bowls of vivid Iceland poppies in shades of gold and orange, and during the afternoon a delicious tea was served. Mrs Woodhams received the guests wearing a charming frock in rust with gold clip, brown and fawn turban and brown fur coat. Among those present were: —Mesdames H. Hammond, A. English, E. C. Day, N.
