ACCIDENTS & FATALITIES.

CYCLIST KILLED. CHRISTCHURCH, Friday. A middle-aged man, believed to be Mr P. Campbell, a railway employee, colllde.d on a cycle with a train at a street Intersection last evening and died from injuries received four hours later. OAR AND TRUCK COLLIDE. PALMERSTON N., Thursday. In a collision between a car containing four passengers, and a truck, which also had four occupants In Its cab. the latter was completely turned over. The car’s passengers all escaped injury but those In the truck were Imprisoned and had to be released. Two escaped with a shaking but the others, Messrs William Porter and Brian C. Cummqrfleld, of Foxton, sustained injury and were taken to the hospital.
