A party went out fro ™ there ,J 0 Lake Tekapo, and did a bit of leo Skating The weather was wonderful, dear and frosty, with sunshine both days. The foot-hills of the Southern Alps were covered with snow right to the bottom, presenting a magnificent sight Mount Cook could be clearly ■seen —100 miles away. And in the moonlight the snow-clad slopes looked like gigantic ghosts. An Invigorating Experience. “ Whilst in Christchurch we had several trips to the snow. It was most Invigorating, and an experience I haven't had since I was a boy In Engplace, and the audiences just as tardy about showing appreciation. They like the show, I’m sure, but they adopt the ca'canny tactics with regard to the applause. “ We play here until next Saturday night and travel on Monday morning to Invercargill. We leave Wellington on Thursday and get to Sydney on Monday. On the following Saturday we open in Brisbane. Just think of it —the lovely -sunshine of Brisbane after all this cold. Ceoll Kellaway for Hollywood. “ Cecil Kellaway goes to Hollywood shortly after the Brisbane season of two weeks.”
