TWO BOATS LEAVE TO-DAY. CAMBRIA AND CLIPPER. (Official Wireless.) RUGBY. July 28. The Air Ministry announces that the flying-boat Cambria will leave Foynes, Ireland, for Botwood, Newfoundland, at 7 p.m. to-morrow. British summer time (5.30 a.m. Friday, New Zealand time).
