EX-EMPEROR’S CHARGES. HORRORS COMMITTED BY ITALY. United Press Assn—Elec. Tel. Copyright. LONDON, July 28. The deposed Emperor Haili Selassie of Abyssinia has appealed to the Christian Churches of the world to express their horror and condemnation of "abominable outrages condoned by the Italian Government.” and lie seeks the'ir prayers to end them. He also charges the Italian Army with the murder of hundreds of men. women and children, by individual soldiers, with the execution of thousands, incineration of living people, torture of prisoners, tile forcing of thousands of unmarried women and young widows into concentration camps ami with outrages against Abyssinian religious beliefs.
