UNION MEMBERSHIP. MUNICIPAL OFFICES LOAN. (Special to Times.) TE AROHA, Tuesday. The Mayor. Mr I\. coulter. M.P.. presided last evening nt the July meeting- of the Borough Council, Messrs. \. Hamilton W. K. smith, 11. l’ease, W. T. Kale, p \y. Firkin and F. Ilalllgran also being present. Tho new member, Mr F. T. Halllgan, was welcomed by the Mayor.
