THE CHURCH IN GERMANY. EXCLUSION OF BIBHOPB. ACTION BY SECRET POLICE. United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright. BERLIN, July 25. For praising his brother and appealing to the congregation to support him, secret police arrested the pastor of St. Anne's Church at Dahlen, Rev. Wilhelm Nlemoller, brother of Dr Martin Nlemoller. Those arrested number 17, but some were released without trial, including Rev. Nueller, who to-day preached from Dr Martin Niemoller’s pulpit in the Church of Christ at Dahlen.

The State Commissioner, Herr Sauckel, has excluded from Thuringa Bishops Mahraren of Hanover, Meiser of Bavaria, and Wurm of Wurtejnberg.
