Remarkable circumstances are associated with the mysterious disappearance of Alexander Collins (52), assistant director of the lottery omce. All trace of him was lost the day after he was married last Friday, and a note "subsequently found at the lottery omce contained ‘his will. it is understood. however, that it gave no clue to his intentions. ' An examination of his books at the ‘lotte-ry omce revealed that everything lwas in order.
