HAMILTONIAN TRANSFERRED. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Wednesday. Mr David K. Blair, surveyor to Lloyds’ Register of Shipping for 15 years, will retire at the end of June and will be succeeded by EngineerLieutenant G- D. Lidgett, R.N. (ret.), Government inspector of machinery and Surveyor of Ships for the Hamilton district.
