MOTORING TEST.
CHRYSLER CUP TRIAL. THREE VEHICLES FINISHOf the eight vehicles which competed in the Hamilton Motor Cycle Club's Chrysler Cup reliability trial yesterday, only three finished the course. Included in the starters were two light cars, both of which completed the course in addition to one motor-cycle. Two competitors lost their way, and one rider, D. Connolly, met with a slight accident when he fell. Points were deducted for breakages, and for times which did not tally with the figures between various checking stations. It. Crookes, riding a Rex Acme motor-cycle, and 1. Glenie, driving an Austin Seven, tied lor first piaee, while It. Herbert, driving a Morris car was third. Neither of the winners lost a point but the third man had half a point deducted. The course, which was over approximately 160 miles, started from Hamilton, and ran through Te Mata. Oparau, Hangatiki and Otorohanga, iiuisiims at the starting point.
