ACCIDENTS & FATALITIES.
VEHICLES COLLIDE. DAMAGE TO CAR. (Times Representative.) TE ANVAMUTU, Friday. A fortunate escape from serious'injury was experienced by ihe live occupants of a car which was struck by a light truck yesterday afternoon. The car, which was owned and driven by Mr W. C. Neill, of Te Kawa West, contained four passengers, and at a ibend near Mr Hopping’s homestead it collided wilh one of the Post and Telegraph Department’s light trucks. The glancing blow from the truck caused considerable damage to the car, but the. passengers escaped with a shaking and a few bruises.
