MAINTAINS HIS OWN REGIMENT

Prince Starkemberg, the new young Fascist Minister of the interior, and one of the' wealthiest landowners in Austria, privately maintains a Jaeger regiment of 1200 men. These marched through the city, accompanied by torch-hearers acclaiming the new Minister, who, addressing them, said he weuld not hesitate to call on the troops to lead a relentless war against Bolshevism and Marxism. The Moderate Press is appealing to Dr. Shrober to lead the Centre Block in the approaching elections against both Fascists and Socialists.
