CRICKET.

PROSPECTS AT MORRINSVILLE. . The prospects for cricket in Morrinsvilie are better than for many years. Although the weather was unfavourable on Saturday a good practice was held, and working bees are getting the grounds in good order. The No. J football ground has been levelled, top-dressed, grass seed sown, harrowed and thoroughly rolled, and will make a good playing surface. With some 60 playing members, a very strong Morrinsville representative team will be available this season.
