MOTOR BREACHES.
SEVERAL OFFENDERS FINED. Several motorists were before Air F W. Platts, S.M., at the Hamilton Court to-day, charged with offences against tiie by-laws and motor regulations. For driving over intersections at a speed considered dangerous William Boyd, farmer, Alalangi; Sydney J. Dickinson, demonstrator, Alorrinsville: Iteiirv AYa'.ter Windsor, labourer, Tamahere; Alakakini Gillett, farmer, To Uku; Alarlin Scolt, box manufacturer, Hamilton; Roger Mclntosh Churches, Te Awamutu; Kenneth Evan Forsythe, labourer, Hangalikei; Leonard G. Ward, farm labourer, Alalangi, were each fined £2, with costs. For travelling at 45 miles an hour over an intersection William Raymond Watson, farmer, Nowstcad, was fined £3, willi rosls. .lames Dawson, plumber, Hamilton, and R. At. Churches, Te Awamutu, wore oni-li ordered to pay 10s and costs for overtaking other motor vehicles at, iu'tersectiions.
