DIVORCE ACTION.

HUSBAND GRANTED DECREE. AUCKLAND, Friday. On the ground of his wife's misconduct Fenwick Irvine was granted a degree nisi to be moved absolute after three months against Mildred Ellen Irvine. Jock Simpson, seaman, was named as co-respondent. Petitioner said they were married in Hamilton in December, 1925. When he complained to Ins wife about her conduct she went away. She wrote admitting misconduct, asking to be forgiven, but saying she would never give -up her friendship with Simpson. The interim custody of the child was granted to the petitioner, and costs oil the lower scale were allowed against co-respondent.
