ACCIDENT AT TE AROHA
WOMAN KNOCKED DOWN.
SUFFERS SEVERELY FROM SHOCK. COLLISION WITH CAR. (By Telegraph—Special to Times.) TE AROHA, Tuesday. About seven o'clock last evening in Whitaker Street, a car driven by A. Hirst, of Elstow, collided with Mrs Julia Fitzgerald, of Te Aroha, when the latter was crossing from St. Joseph’s Church. She was carried into a residence nearby, and attended by a doctor, who found that the patient had sustained very severe shock and bodily injuries. The patient’s condition is slightly improved this morning.
