MOROCCO.
(BY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPK.-COPYIIIGHT.) Taxgiers, January 11. The Governor of Tangiershas arrested three guards on a charge of murdering a British subject. London, January 12.
The Times says that Colonel Sir J. West Ridgeway, the special British voy to Morocco, will be attended on his arrival at Tangier* with a naval display of sufficient magnitude to .impress upon the Moors that Great Britain intends to have her demand satisfied.
The British Ambassador in Paris' has notified M. Ribot, Premier, that Colonel Ridgeway's mission to Morocco will not prejudice the rights of European powers.
