Battola, Caillcs, and Charles were each sentenced to ten years' imprisonment; Deakin, who turned informer, to five years. The other two were acquitted. Later. Charles, one of the Walsall Auarchists sentenced to ten years' imprisonment has .idmitted that tho dynamite bombs found in their possess* ion were intended for use in Eussia. Paris, April 4. A factory for the secret manufacture of dyuimitu has been discovered near Paris. Ravachal has confessed that he planned the murder of members of the Chamber of Deputies who voted for the capital punishment of dynamiters. M.vuuiD, April 5 A dynamite plot, arranged by the Anirchists, has been discovered here. It was intended to destroy the Chamber of Deputies, the Palace, and other public buildings by means of dynamite. The police arrested the plotters while they were proceeding to the Chamber of Deputies, the Palace, and other public buildings by means of dynamite. Included among those arrested are Frenchmen, Portuguese, and several Spaniards. Later. Tho police shadowed tho Anarchists arrested here for weeks, and arrested them at tho doors of the Chamber of Deputies as they were presenting tickets for admission, after a desperate struggle. The bombs weighed Slbs each, and a time fuso of 3 minutes was attacked to each. A Portuguese prisoner taken here is understood to be the author of the explosion at tho Spanish Consulate in Lisbon. Written plans have been discovered for dynamiting tho Chamber of Deputies and Senate, the Law Courts, tho Council of Stare, the War Office, the Royal Palace and the Bank of Spain, all before May Ist.
