REVOLT IN ECUADOR
(by electric tklegraph.—copyright.) London, April 4. Intelligence is to hand that » revolt has taken place in Ecuador, South America, and that a Government steamer has been seized by the insurgents. New Youk, April 4. The Now York Herald publishes a despatch from Venezuela stating that the rebels have defeated the Government troops with heavy loss on both sides.
