CAMBRIDGE ROLLER FLOUR MILLS.
TO THE BUITOB. Sir,—Your correspondent in reporting the Cambridge Horticultural Show in to-day'a issue mentions only three prizes as' takon with exhibits made from Cambridge roller flour. The following is the number of prizes taken by bread, scones, cakes, etc., made from flour made at my mill viz., fourteen prizes, besides several highly commended. The bread made from " Lion ' flour was tho best homo-made I ever remember having seen, and shows what I can do with the much-abused Waikato spring wheat. I have just received two palm of new rollers from H. Simous.and am prepared to-turn out "prize flour " for all who entrust their wheat to me, and (provided the same is dry and sound) to mill it while thuy wait, and farther to give the best possible results.—Yours truly. K. Ckamhbhs. Cambridge, 19th March. 1802.
