_ * ■ J. M. BRIGHAM v. KELLY AND * BAULF. VERDICT FOR PLAINTIFF FOR £200. (BY TKLEGKAPH.— OWN CORRESPONPKST.) ' AUCKMNII, Lafit Night. At the Supremo Court Civil Sessions in the libel case, J. M. Brigham v. Kelly and Baulf proprietors of the Observer, the i Judge summed up strongly against the defendants. The jury were absent only fifteen minutes and brought in a verdict for plfiintilf for the tull amount claimed, viz.. £200, with coats on the lowest scale.
