A COMPANY , of Wellington and West Coast men, which was formed some time ago to work the coal mines at Paparoa, in the ranges at the back t-f Grevmouth, have received news by cable that Mr McDomrall, of Wellington, who went Home on their behalf last year, has succeeded in making arrangements with London capitalists to find the £00,000 required for forming a railway to open up the country.
