(by electro telegraph. —coot-bigot.) London", October 20, Mil Devoy accuses Mr .Davitt of departing from a, secret compact between Devoy, Davitt and Parnell. Tic states that Parnell's recent struggles were intended to secure this compact, but Davitt was engaged in traitorous intrigues contrary to its provisions, in order to please the Liberals.
