General Ivoca, Minister of tlio Interior, who resigned cons; quont. upon it split in the Cabinet of the Republic, is retiring from political life, and has departed for Europe. The .Senate has passed a vote of censure on Dr. Carlos Pellegrini, President of the Republic, for requesting General Mitre not to offer himself as a candidate for the Presidency. The Cabinet of the Republic is being reconstructed.
Another popular outbreak is feared, in consequence of which the Argentine Republic stocks are falling.
