(BV KLKCTHIO TM.KQItAPH,—COPYRIGHT). Paris, August 20. Dr Tan'NER insulted Captain Pickard at the Boulogno Casino, and was challenged. In consequence a duel is beiug arranged. Later. Tho dispute between Dr Tanner and Captain Pickard, it appears, arose through the doctor grumbling about the heat ot the rooms, when Captain Pickard demanded the withdrawal of the expression, which the doctor refused to do.
