[BY IaKCTKIC TKLEOKAI'If.— COI'VItIGHT.] London, August 19. Mu Dillox emphatically denies the personal charges of Mr Pnrnell respecting the Paris funds. Mr Parnell, through the Freeman's Journal, characterises Mr Dillon's reply as misleading and groundless. Mr Parnell reasserts the charges against Messrs Dillon and Morlny, and gives details in which much bitterness is displayed. August 121. O'Brion wires Parnell to keep the cases of the tenants aI)OV3 party conflicts. lie is willing to co-operutu with any proposal for the apportionment of the money in the Paris Banks.
