A long discussion ensuod, resulting in the rejection of both motion and amendment, Messrs Grant, Cooper and Bucldmrst each gave notice of motion for tho abolition of quartor money. A discussion arose upon Mr Buckhurst's motion to prohibit home work, but the questiou wus finally postponed.
