President Harrison is gratified at the peaceful tone now adopted by the Marquis Iludini, the Italian Premier, with reforence to the lynchers of Sicilians at New Orleans. April G. The departure of Baron dc Fava, Italian Minister, has been delayed on iiccount of illness. It is generally regarded as a fact that, owing to the bad character of tho men who wero lynched at New Orleans, and the circumstances which gave rise to the outrage, the incident only require the recognition of the principle of international justice. Only two of the men concerned ware Italian subjects, and both of them oscapod. Neav York, April 5. A number of Italian residents in Virginia, attempted to wreck a train and blow up a depot with dynamite. Roue, April C. The Marquis of Rurlim has ordered Baron de Fava to postpone his departure from Washington. London, April 6. It is rumoured that Italy and the States will refer the difficulty ■with rogaid to the New Orleans lynching outrage to arbitration.
