TE AROHA PETITION.
Coi.oxki. Fuamku, who has been in Te Aroha since Monday, called on Mr Allen at Annmdale on \\ eduesday. Colonel Fraser accepted ail invitation to dinner, nnd some time after, intimated to his host that he had some private business with him. On both retiring to another room Colonel Fraser served Mr Allen with the notice re the petition and left immediately, after havingspent some two hours at Annandalo.
