Mkldouhnb, November 14. All the members of the New Cabinet have been re-elected. In his speech to the electors, Mr Munro •aid that the financial position of the colony was ionnd, but that its resources required husbanding. Borrowing could not be stopped at present, but the amounts must be limited, in order to prevent alarm to EnglUh investors. Ho intended to eiFect reform in the management of tho railways, and to introduce legislation to promote the efficiency 'JI the railway service, lie also made reference to the strikes, and said that it was his intention to call ft conference of representatives from the various Australian Governments to tike into consideration the best means of preventing a recurrence of the labour difficulties of the past few weeks.
