Mr Gillies, the Viotoriau Premier, has suggested that the different colonics should unite in the matter of postal reductions. Victoria is prepared to accept the Imperial proposal in conjunction with the other colonies. Sydney, May 4. Bubear and Brown have been matched to row again on June 6 for £100 aside. Adelaide, May 3. Mr Charles Todd, Postmaster General, suggests that postal rates of British India, China, Straits Settlements, ami Egypt should be the, same as those charged to England.
