VISIT OF THE HON. JOHN BRYCE TO WAIPA.

A telegram has been received from Mr Bryce stating that he will reach Auckland on the Bth February, and that he will arrive in Hamilton on the Tuesday following, February 11. It would no doubt be gratifying to the member for Waipa if he were met on his nriivnl in the district by as many of those gentlemen who were prominent in supporting his candidature a* can possibly make it convenient to attend. We are authorised to siy that he is anxious to consult with his fiiends as to the desirability of addressing his constituents during this visit or whether in view of the harvest season it would be better to defer it to a time shortly prior to the sitting of the House.
