FIRE AT CAMBRIDGE.
A Fiurc occurred at Cambridge, yesterday morning, between 10 and 11 o'clock, by which Mr James Masters, the well-known interpreter, of Cambridge, had his house burned down. Mr Masters had a fire on a colonial oven, and went to a neighbour's to get a few apples. When she returned the house was in flames, and there being a strong wind blowing, the fire spread so rapidly that only a small box was saved. The neighbours had great trouble in saving Mr Yate's house on the opposite side of the mad, the roof of which caught fire several times, but was extinguished. The house is insured for £100, and the furniture for £50, both in the Royal, and Mr Masters estimates his loss at £100 above that amount.
