TE AROHA.
Native Land Court.—Official information was received on Tuesday afternoon from Mr Seth Smith that tho Nativo Land Court, which was expected to have been held here early this month, will be held in March. Amusing Mistake.—A rather funny yarn h »?oiner the rounds here at the expense uf Dr. Dxldy, who recently acepptsd tho office of Dispenser at the Auckland Hospital, and left Te Aroha lust week, where he has been practising for the last two months. Tho doctor's gait aud general appearance, it must be said, is somewhat misleading, and the following iiiuideiit, ii trim, would be a Kurpiising proof to himself that it is so. It appears that on going to the hospital last week he had taken the path leading to the Old Men's refuge, and was met by the person in charge of that u-p.ful home, who, taking st'ick of tho doctors'appearance, thus addresses him, "look here, it's no good your coming hero, we're full up, havo you got an order?"
